Dr. Gregg W. Smith - dental care in Sullivan, Indiana
Dr. Gregg W. Smith
Dr. Gregg W Smith was born and raised in Sullivan, Indiana. He attended the local schools and while receiving his education he earned the Boy Scout Eagle Scout Award and was active in numerous school sports and clubs. He was graduated from Sullivan High School in 1972. Dr. Smith then attended Indiana State University from 1972-1975 where he majored in Biology and minored in Chemistry. He was accepted into Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1975 and was graduated in 1979. The next year he practiced as a dental associate in Columbus, Indiana. In 1980 Dr. Smith returned to Sullivan to start his own practice. Through his career he has provided all facets of dental services and treatments but especially enjoys orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, and crown and bridge.
During Dr. Smith’s 36+ years of practice he has been active in his community both professionally and civically. He is a member of the American Dental Society, Indiana Dental Society, Western Indiana Dental Society, and the International Association of Orthodontist. Dr. Smith stays current in dental trends and techniques by attending several Continuing Education Classes throughout the year. In the community he has served on the School Board, Chamber of Commerce, Plan Commission and Zoning Board. He has been active in several clubs including the Elks and Kiwanis. He is active in the First Presbyterian Church serving as a Deacon, Elder, singing in the church choir, and playing guitar in the Contemporary Church Services.

Dr. Smith has been married for 39 years to his wife, Katy, who is a Robinson, Illinois native. He has two sons, Austin, who works as a dental assistant in the practice, and Neil, who is an associate dentist.

Dr. Neil Smith was born and raised in Sullivan and was graduated from Sullivan High School in 2004. He then attended Indiana University, Bloomington, where he majored in Biology and minored in Chemistry and Psychology. While at IU, he traveled to Biloxi, MS three times to aid in Hurricane Katrina disaster relief. In 2007 He was inducted into the oldest and most prestigious academic honor society in the United States, Phi Beta Kappa. In 2008 he was graduated with honors earning a Bachelor of Science Degree. 
Dr. Neil Smith was accepted to Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2009. While at dental school he was a teacher’s assistant in Orthodontics and Head and Neck Anatomy. In 2012 he traveled to Guatemala City and Antigua to provide free dental care to needy children. In addition, he received the George A. Welch Scholarship which is awarded to "a 4th year dental student who demonstrates outstanding rapport with patients, classmates, and coworkers". In May 2013 he was graduated from IUSD with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.
In 2018 Dr. Neil Smith commenced a fellowship with the International Dental Implant Association.  In January of 2019 he participated in a mission trip with the IDIA to Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic where he provided free dental care to local patient's in need.  

Dr. Neil Smith married his wife, Jennifer Huston-Smith, in 2017.  She is also a Sullivan native.  
            Dr. Jessica Scott
Dr. Jessica Scott (Formerly Ellsperman) was raised in Newburgh,  IN and grew up attending Evansville Christian School before graduating from Castle High School. While in high school, she took a mission trip to Myanmar. It was there that she was inspired to become a dentist. After high school, Dr. Ellsperman attended Ball State University where she earned a biology major and minors in both chemistry and public health. She graduated magna cum lade and was awarded the Excellence in Leadership award amongst other recognitions. 

Dr. Scott graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry as a Doctor of Dental Surgery on May 13, 2017.  While at IU School of Dentistry, she demonstrated academic and clinical excellence.  Additionally, Dr. Ellsperman spent countless hours as the chair of operations for the Student Outreach Clinic, which is a student run clinic that provides dental care for underserved patients on the near eastside of Indianapolis.  Furthermore, Dr. Ellsperman participated in dental service trips to both Haiti and Ecuador while in dental school.  She also received the Johnson Public Health DDS Scholarship Award and the American Academy of Periodontology Dental Student Award.

Dr. Scott married her husband, Dr. Kyle Scott, in 2018.  Dr. Jessica and Dr. Kyle met while attending dental school.   Dr. Kyle Scott is a Bicknell, IN native and currently practices dentistry in Bicknell.
